As a recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview and selection process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools is a plus.
